In certain cases, artworks purchased through the Site may be fulfilled and shipped directly by the respective artist, gallery, or partner under the coordination of Enth Projects.
All transactions conducted through the Site are subject to applicable United States law and the jurisdiction provisions set forth in these Terms.
3. Eligibility
By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If you access or use the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.
4. Artwork Information and Availability
All artworks and related products displayed on the Site are offered subject to availability.
Enth Projects endeavors to present artworks, descriptions, dimensions, editions, materials, and imagery as accurately as possible. However, all information is provided for general informational purposes only and may be subject to correction, revision, or update without prior notice.
Due to variations in screen calibration and digital display settings, colors, textures, and finishes may appear differently in person.
All artworks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event an artwork becomes unavailable following purchase confirmation, Enth Projects reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Certain works may be unique, handmade, editioned, or produced using natural materials, and minor variations or irregularities shall not be considered defects.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Enth Projects reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, or administrative errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed under inaccurate pricing or suspected fraudulent circumstances.
Certain artworks presented on the Site may include applicable local taxes or value-added tax (VAT) within the listed purchase price, where indicated on the artwork page. Where the final destination of shipment results in such taxes not being applicable, Enth Projects reserves the right to refund the applicable tax component prior to dispatch.
Additional taxes, customs duties, import charges, handling fees, or similar governmental assessments may apply depending on the destination country and method of shipment. Such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated.
6. International Orders
Enth Projects may make artworks available for international purchase and delivery in select jurisdictions.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, local taxes, regulatory requirements, export restrictions, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly stated, such charges remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser and may be collected directly by the applicable customs authority or shipping carrier prior to delivery.
Certain artworks may require export permits or special handling procedures that may impact delivery timelines. Enth Projects shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, governmental agencies, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
All purchases made through the Site are subject to Enth Projects' Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping methods, delivery procedures, insurance arrangements, limitations of liability, customs obligations, return conditions, and other provisions set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Certain shipping options offered at checkout may not include full-value transit insurance. By selecting such shipping options, purchasers expressly acknowledge and accept the limitations of carrier liability and the absence of full-value transit insurance coverage.
The current Shipping & Returns Policy is available on the Site and may be updated from time to time.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

No Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Enth Projects or the applicable rights holder.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright, reproduction right, intellectual property right, or commercial usage right relating to the artwork unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- scrape, crawl, reproduce, or harvest content or data from the Site through automated means without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enth Projects disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability of the Site.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enth Projects LLC and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Site, any purchase made through the Site, or any inability to access the Site.
In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of Enth Projects relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the specific artwork or service giving rise to such claim.
Without limiting the foregoing, Enth Projects shall not be liable for loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit once an artwork has been transferred to a third-party shipping provider, except where expressly agreed in writing as part of a bespoke insured shipping arrangement.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enth Projects LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

- your infringement of any third-party rights; or
- your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
14. Force Majeure
